A big thanks to Jenny of Music City Tea shop in Franklin, TN!

Jenny at Music City Tea Shop is ALL OVER IT when it comes to making the sale and follow-up customer service. I bought my larger tea tray from her, and it had a small crack in the plastic under-bin which she fixed right away. She steered me to a good travel gaiwan set, and her packaging makes me feel like I am opening holiday gifts, a lot of care and thoughtfulness goes into everything she does.
